Bodywork

My take on bodywork is simple- Your session should be what you want. Your massage is your time. I have many skills at my disposal, but I'll rely on you and your body to tell me what's right for you. Your comfort level is of utmost importance to me. Your relaxation is our shared goal. Receiving bodywork is one of the world's most phenomenal feelings, and I don't take my role as practitioner lightly.

 

While I do offer deep tissue work - this does not mean painful work. In my experience, accessing deeper tissue simply requires more patience and understanding of the underlying structures - not brute force. My work will leave you feeling deeply relaxed, and maybe a little spacey - but I never want you to feel sore.

Additionally, bodywork can be tremendously healing for those who have suffered physical and/or emotional trauma. I am qualified, experienced, and honored to support your healing in this way.

 

I've been practicing massage since 2006. My work is a personalized combination of Swedish, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Neuromuscular, and energy work. Bodywork is an endless learning experience, and I'm delighted to have the opportunity to create a healing space for you.

NO SHOWS & LATE CANCELLATIONS (less than 24 hours) will be billed at the full session rate. Of course - life happens - so please reach out and we can discuss it together!
