The power to heal ourselves is in all of us.  Not in the - we don't need modern medicine kind of way - but in the everyone is the expert on themselves kind of way...

Allow me to elaborate:

Within each of us in an innate wisdom that guides us. Often, with the distractions and busy-ness of everyday life, we forget or simply ignore this deeper knowing. That's where I come in. My role is not to heal you - but to provide the space, the tools, the opportunity for you to heal yourself - Your Whole Self - body, mind, spirit.
